Sign into Office 365 Email Go to and you should be immediately redirected to a Microsoft login window. Enter your Penn State email address (e.g. Xyz789@psu.edu) and click the 'Next' button. You may be directed to another page asking if your account is a business account or a personal account.

Power BI is an analytics program for creating, editing, and managing datasets and visualizations. Power BI allows you to transform data into various visuals, explore and analyze data through multiple tables and charts simultaneously, and collaborate on and share dashboards and interactive reports. Get acquainted with basic and advanced Power BI features in each of the available platforms. In addition, learn how to install the application on your devices.

Power BI allows you to connect to or import data and reports from files, datasets, and databases. This includes exported datasets from Penn State iTwo.
Learn how to prepare data to be imported into Power BI. You can import data from files, Excel Workbook, and comma separated value (.csv) files. When importing files into Power BI, data must be formatted into tables.
You can create interactive reports and dashboards through Power BI from various datasets and sources. When creating reports or dashboards, you can add various interactive visuals to help illustrate trends and touchpoints in your data.
Power BI allows you to collaborate, share, store, and publish your work. Power BI also allows you various levels of security and privacy for sharing your work with others. Note: Prior to storing data in Power BI, please refer to the Penn State’s Information Assurance and IT Security Policy AD95. Office 365 Penn State Email Login
Planner is a web-based application. Currently there is no desktop application.
Click Login on the Office 365 at Penn State Homepage and select Planner.

Start by creating a plan and adding team members. Creating a plan also creates a new Office 365 Group in Outlook, making it easy for team members to collaborate not only in Planner, but also with other Office 365 applications including Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint.
